GENERAL GUIDELINES:

For this specific competition, we ask you for unedited photos of your work in the notes while registering. 
The organization reserved the right to limit the amount of participants.
Please follow the deadlines for submitting the required information, as listed below.
The models must agree, by signing a form before the start of the competition, that the photos and video-films made may be further used by the organizer.
The artists must also agree by signing a form before the start of the contest, that the photos and video-films made may be further used by the organizer.
The organization is NOT responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any type of material, nor before or while the painting, nor on the stage or after the performance.
By applying for the contest, the participant and all involved parties agree to accept rules & guidelines.

GUIDELINES FACEPAINT SPONGE AND BRUSH:

Every facepaint place will be prepared with a table, when you need a high chair, please bring it with you.
Only one participant is allowed to paint a model for 2,5 hours. It is nót allowed to paint yourself.
The model is not allowed to paint her/himself. This will lead to disqualification to the contest.
However painting the cleavage / hairstyling / headpiece / clothing is allowed, this will not be part of judging. No assistants are allowed.
Only facepainting and make-up colors are to be used for any painting on the face. Any brand of product may be used, but please make sure that it is cosmetically approved. No use of stencils, glitter or crystals / gems  in any form are allowed on the facepaint, however shimmer facepaint IS allowed. 
We ask you to please think of the safety of your model – let your model drink and eat, visit the bathroom at any time during the competition. 
All supplies have to be provided by participants themselves.
It is allowed to prepare hair prior to the competition. Please note: NO using of any color, basis before the official start of the contest.
After finishing your work, please make sure that your table is free within half an hour, because the table may be needed for the next participant. 
After clearing your table, proceed to the jury with your model. 
The oral presentation to the jury is up to 2 min., please prepare your texts in advance. Don’t make it too complicated, try to describe your work in simple words.
After the oral presentation the model should proceed to the Photo Area.
All artists and models will go on stage together for the results of the contest, the jury will announce the winners and provide the prizes and awards.

GUIDELINES FACEPAINT AIRBRUSH / Special FX:

Every airbrush place will be prepared with a table and electricity plug, when you need a high chair, please bring it with you.)
Only one participant is allowed to paint a model for 4 hours. It is nót allowed to paint yourself. 
The model is not allowed to paint her/himself. This will lead to disqualification to the contest. 
Hairstyling / headpiece / cleavage will also be part of judging. No assistants are allowed. Special clothing is allowed but will nót be part of judging.   
Please note: NO using of any color, basis before the official start. 
This category is an open category, where a mix of techniques is allowed. Airbrush and brush or other techniques.
It’s allowed to use various decorations & special effects, NOT covering more than 45% of the face / cleavage, 55% must be painted.
The following is a list of THINGS ALLOWED in this category: 

• The use of UV colors, however we do not provide with blacklight.
• To use special fx parts, crystals or glitter in any form.
• To pre-paint special fx parts.
• All kind of stencils
• Any kind of headpiece
• All kind of props in hands or stage decoration.

 NOT ALLOWED: 

• To use blue print or transfer paper
• To glue baldcap or cover eyebrows before the start

The jury judges:

• Quality, technique and ability of painting                
• Quality of the Special FX                                       
• Interpretation of the theme                                         

Registration can be submited online.
With your submission you must attach unedited photos of your previous works, full names of the participant and model.
