Personal Data 

We respect and protect your privacy. Your personal data is registered and stored. The personal data of participants will only be used for internal administrative purposes, invoicing, and for participant lists that must be provided to the event location where the event takes place. 
Personal data provided by participants will only be shared with the police if we are legally required to do so, for example upon official request for verification of registered data. 

Terms of use and copyright 

The information on this website is carefully controlled and updated regularly. Despite all carefulness, changes in data can occur. There is no liability or guarantee for the actuality, correctness, and completeness of the given information. All information is subject to changes and corrections. The access and use of the website incl. all information is subject to the user’s own liability. The same is valid for all other websites that are mentioned. Furthermore, we do not have any influence on the set-up and the content of any linked websites. We are not liable for any set-up and content of the referred websites. Any connections to these websites happen at the user’s own risk. WBA-Netherlands has the right to change and update the given information at any time. The content and structure of the WBA-Netherlands website, are protected by copyright. The use of the website’s content, especially for commercial purposes, is prohibited.  

Prices 

All prices stated on the website are in Euros (€), per person and per component, and include Dutch VAT. 
WBA-NETHERLANDS reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. 
Foreign companies are also required to pay Dutch VAT for participation, as the place of supply of the event is in the Netherlands. 
If the invoice is not paid, WBA-NETHERLANDS reserves the right to charge the participant for any costs incurred in collecting the outstanding amount, as well as any costs due to the event location in relation to your participation. 

In the event of a change in the applicable VAT rate, WBA-NETHERLANDS reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. 

Reservation and Payment 

Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail together with an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date. 
When making use of a promotional discount, payment must be made within the promotional period in order to benefit from the discount. After the expiry of the promotional period, all discounts stated on the invoice will lapse. 
Payment in instalments is not possible. Participation in the event will only be definitively confirmed once payment has been received. 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation until 15 November 2025: No costs. 
Cancellation between 15 November 2025 and 25 December 2025: 30% of the reserved services. 
Cancellation between 25 December 2025 and 25 January 2026: 50% of the reserved services. 
Cancellation between 25 January 2026 and 25 February 2026: 80% of the reserved services. 
Cancellation between 25 February 2026 and 12 March 2026: 95% of the reserved services. 
Cancellation after 15 March 2026: 100% of the reserved services. 

Liability and Damage 

Participation and presence at the event location are entirely at your own risk. 
WBA-NETHERLANDS is not liable for loss or damage to personal or business property of participants, volunteers, or vendors, nor for physical injury, material damage, or any consequential damage, regardless of cause, including acts or omissions by participants, organizers, visitors, guests, or third parties. 
WBA-NETHERLANDS is also not liable for damage resulting from emergencies, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. 
Any damage to or theft of WBA-NETHERLANDS’s property or materials made available will be charged to the perpetrator or jointly liable parties. In case of theft, the police will be notified. 
Damage or contamination caused by participants at the event location (including halls, restrooms, and public areas) will be charged to the participant and must be settled in full before departure. Any additional repair or replacement costs identified after the event may still be invoiced at a later date. 
WBA-NETHERLANDS accepts no liability whatsoever for vehicles parked at or near the event location, nor for any damage caused by or to such vehicles. 

Force Majeure 

In the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond WBA-Netherlands’s control, WBA-NETHERLANDS reserves the right to relocate the event to another venue, preferably within the same area, without any entitlement to compensation. 

Other Terms 

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere at the event location. 
• The possession or use of narcotics and alcohol is strictly prohibited. 
• Pets are not allowed. 
• During the event, participants must wear a name badge (at least first name and possibly company name) and an entry wristband. Removing, cutting, or altering the wristband will result in loss of access to the event. 
• Participants must at all times follow the house rules of the event location and comply with all instructions given by staff. 
• All participants must comply with the laws and regulations of the Netherlands and are fully responsible for their own actions, personal belongings, and materials brought to the event. 
• Participants must behave respectfully and in accordance with generally accepted standards of conduct. 
• Please inform WBA-NETHERLANDS of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. If this is not communicated in advance, WBA-NETHERLANDS cannot guarantee to accommodate such requests. If meals do not meet your preferences, WBA-NETHERLANDS cannot be held liable in any way. 
• During the event, photos and videos may be taken by or on behalf of WBA-NETHERLANDS and may be used for, among other things, social media, websites, printed materials, advertisements, or other publications. 
• By participating in the event, you explicitly grant WBA-NETHERLANDS permission to freely use such images and recordings. Compromising images will not be used. 

Governing Law and Language 

These terms and conditions and all related agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. 
In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail over any other version, including any automatically generated or online translations.
